How to make Beauties of Nature Flower Opening/Closing Mechanism (Petal)
This is the process of creating the petals. Using a 0.1mm thick copper plate, the petals are cut along the original plate using a pantograph (engraving machine).
The cut petals are deburred and the surface is given a clean finish.
Using a chisel, I hammered the five petals evenly, then attached the connecting parts between the petals with shellac. After checking the movement and other details, it was complete.
