Beauties of Nature
Screw Production

The screws used in Beauties of Nature come in a wide variety, and we manufacture screws with the appropriate diameter, length, and head diameter for each size. For the screw cutting process, we use a rolling die to cut the threads.

The screw head is flattened, the screwdriver groove is centered using a milling machine, and then the groove is cut. After that, it undergoes the same process as steel (carbon steel) parts: hardening, tempering, and polishing to complete the process.
